The Founder – Lived Experience

The system left me behind. I was one of those kids. I have spent 40 years in the coffee industry and aircraft engineering, but my real achievement is in finding the way back to my unique identity. This is not a course we are teaching; it is a path we are modelling.

Aircraft engineering taught me precision. Coffee taught me patience. It took me a lifetime to realise that being average is a superpower once it is coupled with identity.
